Help & FAQs

Q: What is the best way to choose my size?

A: Please check the size chart on the product page, and refer to the measurements below each size. You can also refer to our measuring guide to see how to measure yourself. To ensure the dress fits you well, we also suggest you choose custom size, which means that we make the dress based on your exact measurements.

Q: Can I return or cancel the dress if I change my mind?

A: Even standard size dresses are made to order for each customer. The custom nature of our dresses means our cancellation and return policy is stricter than other items, so it's important to order carefully.

Q: Can I change the design of a dress, or order this dress in a different style/fabric/length?

A: Each dress is aesthetically designed and carefully tailored to match exactly what you see in the photo, while we can also modify the style, length or fabric in any way, if you really like.

Q: Will my dress exactly match the color I see on your website?

A: Different fabrics, camera resolution and computer monitors can mean the color may vary slightly between the photos and the actual fabric. Colors are subject to the actual dresses you get.

Q: Will the white and ivory look the same? If not, what's the difference?

A: In terms of the two colors, white is a bright, pristine color with no mixes or shades of any other color like pure milk. On the other hand, ivory has a slight tint of yellow or cream. The ivory color is very close to pure white but due to differences in lighting and the added hints of other shades it differs.

Q: Do you have photos of other customers wearing the dress?

A: We only have photos of our models wearing the dress, but sometimes customers post photos of themselves in the dress on the product page. You can also post a request for photos and your email on the page, in case others who have bought the dress want to reply with pictures.

Q: How can I make sure I’m ordering the right size?

A: When ordering a dress for your special occasion online, you’re right to pay close attention to getting the size right! Since we’re an international company, our clothing may run larger or smaller than the standard sizes you’re used to. Checking the actual measurements in our size chart and comparing them to your own measurements before placing your order is the best way to avoid size errors.

If you're ordering a custom-sized dress, it's especially important to get your measurements exactly right. Getting professionally measured is the most reliable way to ensure the final product reaches you tailored perfectly. Be sure to check out our measuring guide.

If your size fluctuates or you want to modify the dress slightly, we always leave a few centimeters in the seams so that your local tailor can easily make alterations as needed. If you have any other questions about ordering the right size, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Q: Can you customize the size of my dress?

A: Absolutely – If our standard sizes don't work for you, we can make you a custom-sized dress for an extra charge of just USD $15~$25 When ordering, you'll need to check the box for “Custom size” below the dress’ drop-down size menu and tell us your measurements in inches or centimeters. Getting professionally measured is best, but if you want to do it yourself be sure to read our measuring guide first. Avoid common mistakes by doing the following:

  • Ask someone else to measure for you

  • Take measurements while wearing undergarments similar to what you'll wear with the dress

  • Provide a bust measurement from the fullest part of your chest, not your bra size

  • For accurate measurements, take your measurements in the latter part of the day rather than the morning

  • Measure hollow-to-floor while wearing shoes of the same height you'll wear with the dress.

Q: Will I be able to alter my dress if I receive it and it doesn’t fit exactly right?

A: Yes. If your size fluctuates or you want to modify the dress slightly, we always leave a few centimeters in the seams so that your local tailor can easily make alterations as needed. Dresses generally have a margin of 2.5cm on either side of a seam. Flower detailing, beading or belts/ribbons may limit ability to let a dress out.

Q: How do you measure length for mini, knee-length and tea-length skirts if you only collect a hollow to the floor measurement?

A: We use the hollow to the floor measurement to determine where the knee is and then cut the correct length according to the dress design.

Q: If I want to wear high heels with the dress, should I add the length of my heel to my hollow to the floor measurement?

A: Yes, our tailor will cut the dress length exactly according to the hollow to the floor measurement you provide. If you'd like the dress longer to better fit when wearing high heels, just add the length you need on to your hollow to the floor measurement.

Q: Will my dress exactly match the color I see on your website?

A: There might be a slight difference between the actual dress’ color and what you see in the photo depending on your computer monitor's display settings.

Q: What kind of fabric do you use on the dresses?

A: Each dress is made of one or a combination of the following beautiful, high-quality fabrics:
